The firm was founded by Austin Smoak who spearheads acquisitions and asset management, alongside his advisors and equity partners. Since the firm's inception, Austin has lead the company in acquiring platforms that exceed $30M in revenue, while generating an average IRR for shareholders of 107%.

 

Austin began his career within Goldman Sachs' Merchant Banking Division, where he managed a $2B portfolio of debt & equity investments held by the firm. He holds a B.A. in Economics from St. John's University and a Graduate Certificate from Emory University.
